Villa Marzo, Spain

Walks

Jávea and its surrounding areas are renowned for their natural beauty and there are many walks of varying difficulty; short, steady walks to more difficult hikes for the experienced walker. For example :

Cabo de la Nao (Cap de la Nau)
An unspoilt area of Javea set high up on the cliffs. Spectacular coastline with breathtaking views. Small secluded coves dotted along the coastline.

Portichol (Portitxol)
A favourite and just a short distance from the villa.
Exquisite cove surrounded by high cliffs overlooking the tiny island of Portichol.
A comfortable walk for all ages. Beautiful views back into Javea bay.

La Granadella
A short distance from the villa.
Accessible only by a narrow, winding road, twisting steeply down towards the pretty pebbly cove. Blue-green water encompassed by cliffs and served by a couple of small café/bars. The walk up around the cliffs is steep and precarious in places but the views are well worth the effort.
