Villa Marzo is a modern detached villa with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  It is set in a secluded garden with private pool and magnificent, panoramic views across the sea.

Local restaurants offering quality of both food and service, are just a short walk from the villa, as is a well stocked supermarket.

Location

The villa is situated in the tranquil and prestigious surroundings of the Cap de la Nau, a beautiful,un-spoilt area just 6 kilometres from Javea’s blue flag, sandy beach.

Javea boasts up to 325 days of sunshine per year and the World Health Organisation has designated the area climatically and environmentally, one of the healthiest places on Earth.

It is a family-friendly resort that comprises three aspects: The beautiful sandy beach (El Arenal), it’s blue flag award confirming the high standard of cleanliness. Lifeguards patrol the area in the main tourist season and the beach is flanked by restaurants, bars and shops. A working marina (Aduanes de Mar).
